Hands down, very happy with the purchase. I came from an older canon mini-DV unit that performed great over a 10 year period. I didn't read the directions...charged the battery, stuck in the memory card and made some great videos. Coming from mini-DV unit, the quality is simply stunning. I now have a wide angle lens attached and I am now able to capture all the action in a normal size room without having to stand in the doorway. Anti-shake simply works wonders.
